Coast Guard, ATS seize 50 kg heroin value Rs 360 crore from Pakistani boat off state coast.

The Indian Coast Guard, along side the Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad, apprehended a Pakistani boat with six crew members close to the Worldwide Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL) on Saturday, October 8. Moreover, the coast guard group recovered 50 kg of heroin value Rs 350 crores on the worldwide market, as reported by ANI.

For additional investigation, the boat is being delivered to Jakhau within the Kutch district.

“Indian Coast Guard, in joint ops with ATS Gujarat, apprehended a Pakistani boat Al Sakar with 6 crew members & 50 kg of heroin value Rs 350 crores market worth within the early hrs of right this moment, Oct 8, near Worldwide Maritime Boundary Line(IMBL),” mentioned Indian Coast Guard (ICG) officers, in line with ANI

The incident is the second within the state in lower than a month. Based on ANI, ICG officers earlier apprehended 40 kg of heroin value roughly Rs 200 crore from a Pakistani boat on 14 September.
