Authorities allege that an officer working for the GRU, Russia’s army intelligence service, named Sergey Vladimirovich Cherkasov was supposed to begin an internship on the ICC in The Hague, utilizing the identify Viktor Muller Ferreira and claiming to be from Brazil.
