- Vermicelli / Semiya – 2 cup (roasted)
- Oil – 3 tblspn
- Bay Leaf – 1
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon / Pattai – 1 small stick
- Fennel Seeds / Saunf / Sombu – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1 medium measurement sliced thinly
- Kal Paasi – 1
- Mace – 1
- Onion – 1 giant sliced thinly

- Beans – 6 chopped finely
- Peas – ½ cup
- Coriander Leaves – ¼ cup finely chopped
- Mint Leaves – ¼ cup chopped finely
- Coconut Milk – 2 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Salt to style

How you can make Semiya Biryani
- Take oil in a pan, add in add entire spices. Saute it for 30 sec.
- Add in onions, inexperienced chillies and saute until golden.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and salt. Saute for a min.
