  • Vermicelli / Semiya – 2 cup (roasted)
  • Oil – 3 tblspn
  • Bay Leaf – 1
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon / Pattai – 1 small stick
  • Fennel Seeds / Saunf / Sombu – 1 tsp
  • Onion – 1 medium measurement sliced thinly
  • Kal Paasi – 1
  • Mace – 1
  • Onion – 1 giant sliced thinly
  • Inexperienced Chillies – 2 slit
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblspn
  • Tomato – 1 sliced thinly
  • Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder / Malli Podi – 1 tblspn
  • Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
  • Carrot – 1 small chopped into small cubes
  • Beans – 6 chopped finely
  • Peas – ½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves – ¼ cup finely chopped
  • Mint Leaves – ¼ cup chopped finely
  • Coconut Milk – 2 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Salt to style

How you can make Semiya Biryani

  1. Take oil in a pan, add in add entire spices. Saute it for 30 sec.
  2. Add in onions, inexperienced chillies and saute until golden.
  3. Add in ginger garlic paste and salt. Saute for a min.
  4. tomatoes and prepare dinner until mushy.
  5. Sprinkle in spice powders and saute for 10 sec or so.
  6. Add in all of the veggies and saute for five minutes or so until the uncooked scent leaves away.
  7. Pour semiya and toss properly within the masala. Add in coriander leaves and mint leaves and blend properly.
  8. Add in water, coconut milk and salt. Deliver it to boil. Simmer and canopy the pan and prepare dinner it for 10 minutes on low warmth. Flip off the warmth and fluff it calmly.. Now cowl it and

  10. Serve with raita.
