This can be a recipe which i make fairly often, however i by no means considered sharing it right here. Lastly i made it few days again for dinner. I made a decision to take photos as nicely so i can share it right here. Sorry for the poor high quality photos since it’s at evening i could not take good pics. Elements for Spicy Bread Biryani 

  • Oil – 2 tblspn
  • Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf – 1 tblspn
  • Cinnamon / Pattai – 1 small stick
  • Onion or Leek – 1 medium dimension chopped finely
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tblspn
  • Carrot – 1 medium dimension chopped
  • Capsicum – 1 medium dimension chopped
  • Tomatoes – 2 giant chopped
  • Inexperienced Chillies – 2 chopped
  • Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tblspn
  • Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
  • Bread Slices – 6 to 7
  • Coriander Leaves – 3 tblspn finely chopped
  • Mint Leaves – 3 tblspn finely chopped
  • Yogurt / Curd – ½ cup
  • Salt to style
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Water – 1 cup

The best way to make Spicy Bread Biryani

  1. Toast your bread in a toaster or in oven or in tawa. Lower into items and put aside.
  2. Warmth oil in a nonstick kadai. Add in cinnamon and fennel seeds and allow them to sizzle.
  3. Now add in onions, chillies and saute until golden.
  4. Add in ginger garlic paste and cook dinner until uncooked scent leaves.
  5. Add in tomatoes and season with salt and sugar. Cook dinner until tomatoes flip mushy.
  6. Add in spice powders and blend nicely. Add in veggies and blend nicely.
  7. Pour in a cup of water, simmer the pan and cook dinner coated for 10 minutes on low warmth until veggies are performed.
  8. Now add in yogurt, coriander and mint leaves and blend nicely.
  9. Now add within the bread items and toss nicely.
  10. Cowl with a lid and simmer it for five minutes.
  11. Serve.
