The Supreme Court docket on Wednesday rejected Shiv Sena’s plea towards Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari’s resolution asking the Uddhav Thackeray-led authorities to face the ground check tomorrow. It would occur as scheduled.
In its plea, the Shiv Sena had mentioned that the governor’s order was illegal because the Supreme Court docket has not but selected the disqualification of 16 insurgent MLAs led by minister Eknath Shinde. The insurgent MLAs need the Shiv Sena to interrupt its alliance with the Nationalist Congress Celebration and the Congress.
In the meantime, insurgent MLAs of the Shiv Sena left the Guwahati resort on Wednesday night forward of the ground check within the state Meeting tomorrow. They’re more likely to fly to Goa after which journey to Mumbai tomorrow.
